Party Reservation Inquiry

Party Event information

* All Party packages are Two (2) hours party room reservation, All guests must vacate the party room at the end of party room reservation designated time for cleaning.

*  Guests can remain in playground for one addition hour playtime after vacate party room.

*  All deposits are NON-Refundable, Parties CAN NOT BE DOWN GRADED. Upgrades are accepted based upon availability.

*  Additional deposit may be required. Rescheduled parties are subject to a fee of $25.00.

*  Remaining balance will be charged before or upon arrival on the day of your party.  No Guests will be allowed enter playground until party is PAID in full. 

* In the event of party exceeding guests allow amount, party will automatically upgrade to the next party package, regardless if there any accommodate spacing or not.  Food and drinks will be accommodated for party size based on what is available on hand.

*  If party owner pays for additional children, the charges will added to the final balance, if party guests pay for their children, the normal admission price will be charged to the guest.  Party admission can not be combined with gift card, memberships or promotional offers. Once party is over at designated time, no additional guest will be allowed in as a party guest and will be charged at normal admission.

 

* NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED in High5 indoor playground.

* Birthday cake, cupcakes and party favors are OK, (ice cream/ and ice cream cake are Not allowed)

 

* No GLITTER, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, PINATAS, CANDY TABLES, " Smash Cakes or Trick Candles" are not permitted, Party owner will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee for bringing these items into our facility. All outside decorations must have approval from management and should be dropped off the day before the party by 5pm, In the event if decorations are not dropped off by 5 pm, then Party owner will responsible  to set up the decorations.

 

*  Party guests must comply with all High5 indoor playground rules.  Socks are required to be worn by all guests for sanitary purposes.
